About the CREATOR
The CREATOR is a two-transistor silicon fuzz, evolved from the Fizz Fuzz circuit (itself inspired by various 60s F**zrites). It delivers raw, responsive fuzz with enhanced flexibility for tone shaping via added switchable tone-shaping and transistor bias options. Controls let you dial in specific fuzz flavors from the past and explore new sonic territory, instead of locking you into one specific branded voicing. It’s a great fuzz for recording and production, or live performance. Amazing bang-for-the-buck compared with other fuzzes.
Controls:
  • Dual FIZZ (bias) controls – independently bias each transistor (Q1 and Q2)
  • Q1 GAIN toggle – Choose the gain scheme for first transistor. Either "silicone" (LOW) or the earlier "germanium" Q1 (HI) gain scheme (ALL SILICONE TRANSISTORS, THOUGH)
  • Tone Toggles for Q1 and Q2 - Choose between normal, more mids, and more mids AND lows.
  • BONK knob – adjusts final tone-shaping resistor for flexible edge/timbre control
